	Flocked Trays and Inserts

Flocked styrene is a thermo-plastic material that gives the look of a velour, adding consumer appeal to your finished product. Flocked trays and inserts can be used for single and/or multiple-part products that can then be placed into another package such as a clamshell or corrugated box.

Flocked trays are often used in the packaging of gift box items, make-up kits and for displaying things such as jewelry, pens, metals, coins and other collectables. Flocked styrene comes in standard stock colors or can be color-matched to your specific requirements.

Engineering & Design Services		J.P. Plastics, Inc. will manufacture your custom design or assist in the design and development of your product requirements. We have in-house mold and tool making capabilities that accomodate our customers from the prototype stage through large scale production runs. Our experienced design department offers innovative solutions and packaging ideas.

Prototyping		Prototype tooling provides the customer with actual samples to the specification requested for testing of the product. This will allow the customer to check the fit of the product and make any minor adjustments and changes prior to production tooling.
